6 single leg deadlifts w/ barbell each leg (add weight if possible)
10 box jumps (increase height every 2-3 jumps)
10 body rows (on rings)
10 push press (empty bar or add weight)
Five rounds for time of:
135 pound Squat clean thruster, 5 reps
10 Chest to bar pull-ups

each station for 2 minutes w/ 30 sec rest between each. Working on form and understanding the movement and what muscles are doing what.
